No. All your points earned will not expire as long as you're a queensleycapital member.

Points can be redeemed for great rewards and amazing experiences that include merchandise, travel, casino points and more. We created our rewards collection with you in mind.
When can I start redeeming my points?
Points are available for redemption after they are transferred to your Queensley Entertainment Member Account by Queensley Capital. Once they appear on your Queensley Entertainment Member Account statement, you can start redeeming. Only you can redeem Queensley Entertainment Points, unless you or we agree otherwise.
What is the minimum amount of points needed to redeem?
There is no minimum number of points required.
Can I redeem some of my points and keep adding to the remaining balance?
Yes. You can redeem any or all of your available points whenever you like, so long as your Queensley Capital Account is open and in good standing.
How do I redeem my points online?
The Rewards Catalogue page presents all of our categories. Simply select the reward you are interested in, click on the redeem button for online redemption.
How often can I redeem my points?
As often as you like.
How long to get my redemption?
Game points redemption = 1 working day. Product redemption = 30 to 45 days shipment.
Is there any Fast Track to redeem the products?
Yes, you may purchase more ep from your Queensley Capital website at US$1 = 1 ep. So, if you are short of 100ep to redeem a product, you may purchase it with $100 from your Remittance Statement in Queensley Capital web.
Is there any delivery charges of products?
Yes, the charges are 30ep for worldwide delivery. All the way to your address, guaranteed by shipping company.
